We have taken off! Tropical Spice Garden Cooking School has rocketed off the ground with an absolute blast this morning!

A huge salute, wave, curtsey and bow to Chef Wan for putting everything in to his arrival for the launch today. With a painful backache he said this morning he made up his mind to come by hook or by crook – even if it meant arriving in a wheel chair! He was applauded by ALL our guests when he said that because it was so sincere.

I really appreciate all the effort he put into coming to our Cooking School launch as he really just made it such a memorable day. He is such a natural and a joy to be around and he just put everyone in the right mood – food brings the world together in so much love and laughter and he really is the epitome of that.

So Chef Wan, if you’re reading, it was an absolute honour and pleasure to have you with us today!
