Our yoga 'studio' is really like no other in Penang: set on the elevated Red Grove Deck amongst the calming green backdrop of a lush tropical rainforest, overlooking the waters of the Straits of Malacca, and accompanied by the soothing sounds of nature.

Spending time in nature is essential for the overall well-being of children. We believe that spending time in nature can support children's physical, mental, and social development, and promote a love for the natural world. Mindfulness-based activities can also teach the young to be more focused and relaxed using their senses and breath - promoting happiness at the same time!

Relieve stress, balance energy, improve sleep. Yoga breathing offers many of the same benefits as meditation but it's easier to learn, can be practiced anywhere, and the results are very predictable! This modern approach demystifies the practice and focuses on real-world science and results. No experience necessary - these practices are accessible to everyone.

Talented and generationally-taught home cooks share treasured family recipes as well as tips and tricks for producing the authentic, spice-laden cuisine of Malaysia and SE Asia. Our Cooking School provides individual workstations for each participant and the meals are cooked from scratch.

We invite you to walk slowly, in no hurry, with us. It is a walk in our garden sanctuary designed to enhance the great exchange between forest and people. It is designed to slow down your mind and body, decrease cortisol levels and blood pressure. In return you will come away feeling recharged, grounded and reconnected. Each walk will be guided by our wellness partners that will incorporate grounding and breath-work exercises and intentional art amongst others.

A chance to step into a healing green space, get your hands dirty and do some meaningful work on the soil with your loved ones! Expect to learn from our community of gardeners, exchange notes, propagate and occasionally exchange plants. All levels of experience are welcome, this is suitable for both kids and adults!
